🛒 Ordering & Processing

How do I place an order?

Just select your favorite kit, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once it’s placed.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. For custom kits, please allow 2 extra days for artwork preparation.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to assist. Reach out to us as soon as possible atsupport@otakupaint.com.

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship worldwide! All orders are processed and shipped with tracking and insurance, with fulfillment centers in multiple regions.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business daysTimes may vary based on location and customs.

Is shipping free?

Yes — we offerfree shipping on orders over $50 USD.

Do I need to pay customs or duties?

Most international customers don’t, but duties may apply based on your country’s policies.

What’s included in each Paint By Numbers kit?

Every kit includes:

  • A pre-printed linen canvas
  • Pre-mixed acrylic paints
  • 3 premium brushes
  • Reference guide
  • (Optional) DIY wood frame

Are the paints pre-mixed?

Yes! All our paint sets are ready to use — no mixing required.

Do I need art skills to complete a kit?

Not at all! Just match the numbers on the canvas with the paint pots — it’s meditative, fun, and beginner-friendly.

Do you offer framed kits?

Yes — you can choose the “DIY Frame” option at checkout.

🏆 Custom Kits

How do I order a custom paint-by-numbers kit?

Just upload your image on the product page, select your style (anime, Studio Ghibli, realistic, etc.), and we’ll handle the rest.

Can I request a specific anime character?

Of course! You can mention it in the notes or choose from our growing collection. You may also upload a reference photo.

How long do custom kits take?

Custom kits take a little longer — please allow 10–15 days including artwork prep + shipping.

📦 Returns & Refunds

What if my kit arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.

Do you accept returns?

Only if the product is defective or damaged. Since each kit is made to order, we can’t accept returns for preference-based reasons.

💬 Support & Help

My paint is dry — what should I do?

Add a drop of water and stir gently. If it’s unusable, contact us and we’ll send replacements.

I didn’t receive an instruction manual for the frame.

Contact us, and we'll assist you until your issue is resolved.
